They charged me $40.00 for services I never received. My family don't have a land line but they say that we pay perviewed a show in 2008 (this is 2010). We have never used this service. They attempted to charge me for the month of March two times. No one would listen to me. They were rude and really stupid to me. I am an educated woman, I was in such a state of shock. As much as I wanted to stoop to thier level, I couldn't. I just cancelled my bank account, ordered cable from another local provider, and left direct tv. After being a consumer for 3 years, never missed a payment. Wow! They just threw money away.
