Totally unacceptable and extremely frustrating

Some type of Significant Problem happened instantly from 6/7/10 - 6/8/10. All controllers ceased focusing on all DVR Devices today.
Main trouble getting to tech support team. It got over two hours simply to enter the telephone line then on-hold for more than 45 minutes simply to discover "there's an issue, plus they are focusing on it."
Somebody did anything instantly that handicapped all of the handheld remote control products from linking using their individual devices. Cannot change route, cannot notice any applications formerly documented and cannot report something fresh
Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
Small to no reaction from tech support team.
Awaiting a boss for more than 20 units and checking...
Why should everyone proceed to complete business with DirecTV???
