Terrible Service

I've had DirecPath satellite TV / DVR and web for around 12 months. I've experienced numerous recurring problems with my Television satellite and DVR products and am repeatedly informed by off shore customer support that I should wait eight to five times to get a specialist to go to to fix the issues. DirecPath has horrible customer and gear support that I'd prevent if provided the option!
