Lately bought a fresh HP pc and instantly experienced difficulty using the disk drive. I called their help-line, accepting somebody might guide me through the troubleshooting procedure. They held me about the telephone for 2 hours (this, despite my recommending that it may be greater easily simply take it back and trade it under guarantee) and held changing me backwards and forwards between providers. I finally put on him. The outcome was that I delivered that pc to Bestbuy (where I had been handled really pretty, I would include) and bought a Mac to get a small extra cash.
