Never have I experienced a company with so many incompetent staff from the ground up

Many months before I hired several films from the Hollywood Movie shop on I-35 in Austin. I delivered EVERY movie. After I returned to hire another film I had been informed I owed $50. I described I Would delivered the film. Following a around 30 minutes of fighting, the man ultimately decided to appear again and lo and see, he discovered the film. He apologized, stated he'd create a notice about the consideration and all was great. Here we're months later and that Iam receiving repetitive telephone calls from some form of collection company about that same film. They offered me a "corporate" quantity which brought me to some voice-mail informing me to call-back during normal business hours though it was, actually, during normal business hours. I called again. Same task. I get another phone today from selections and contact the shop straight. The asst. Supervisor who responded simply kept saying there is nothing she or other people might do, I'd need to attempt the organization quantity again. It is Sunday. I expected to get a supervisor, she stated there wouldn't be one within the shop for 2 times. I expected for that number for that local supervisor and was informed she didn't have that quantity. I inquired easily could keep in touch with the man who discovered the video and he or she stated there is no method to understand who I'd spoken to which I'd need to return as much as the shop and find out easily could determine the worker, normally, I could not show I'd delivered the film. "I understand it hurts, but there is nothing we are able to do" were her precise phrases. Well, it will draw. She also recommended that I are available in the shop during numerous changes to indicate the man who discovered the film. Really? Really? This is the customer support? I devote my important time operating to and from their website till I happen upon this person and wish he recalls me and possesses as much as the error. This can be a silly method to conduct business. Not have I experienced a business with a lot of inexperienced team in the ground-up and that I use Time-Warner Cable!
