If I do not pay my bill i get no service, but they can drop channels without notice

I've been a person for 10-mo. XM radio was among good reasons for registering, however they went and decreased it, no notice no nothing. I named to cancel, they state expense me $240 to cancel. This can be a couple of garbage. Easily dont spend my statement i get no support, however they may fall stations without notice. They state sonic changed xm it however it didnt, sonic had been on the website. Where's our privileges as clients. Anyone available might help. What about somebody assisting us little people.
