Billing prior to service date

Comcast bills clients beforehand. For example my present statement is for that payment interval 05/12 to 06/11 and it is due 05/22. To ensure that is a month plus one evening within the payment, plus they need me to pay for entirely after 7 days 4 times of support, after which wish to cost a $7.00 overdue charge should you choosenot spend it. Then should you purchase a film through your payment time it generally does not display before next month.

Should Not they deliver me a statement and need cost on 06/11 when my month of providers is performed?

How can they escape with challenging cost just before services made? Our mobile phone does not cost me ahead of time after which add-on accessories that I employed through the month on my next payment? They cost what I applied.

So what can be achieved about that? Anybody know?
