Disgrace for being #1 Cable Company

Electronics and household app.

My mortgage company contacted me stating that Comcast is on my credit report, which should be impossible since I have an account with them and it is paid every month. I have contacted Comcast over ten times asking for a letter from their company stating I do not have a past due balance. All employees that I spoke with stated that I did not have a balance and they were unsure of how this happened; they also stated that they would contact me back so I could have a letter stating that balance did not belong to me. The following Comcast workers and ID #'s I spoke with: 6/11 - Monell: OSR-S97; 6/12 - SR97; 6/14 - OFR-LCL; 6/18 - Mon-42L; 6/25 - NCC-00M; 6/26 - Lisa Collections Dept: OSR-AAF; 6/27 - Natasha: 007; 6/28 - PHLD00; 6/29 - #84; 7/3 - Carl: 3W4; 7/3 James (manager) -1y6; 7/6 - Alton: E80. The only employees that even tried to help me were Carl (3W4) and Alton (E80). This company is a disgrace!
