Not offering discount on bill

Hello,

Despite many demands, the $5 discount hasn't been put on payment for last six months.

In March ATT government guaranteed me of $5 discount on my each month's statement for 12 months. I acquired the discount-only for just two weeks 03/04,06/03.

However for the expenses of times - 04/02,07/02,08/03,09/02,10/05,11/02 i.E. For six months I had been not provided any discount.

Within my last phone (research# D42663327), the at&t government explained his supervisor may contact. However it is a week with no you have got touching me.

I quickly need a reimbursement of $30 combined with the modification cost from at&t.
