Organization put up last March, dropped sign two days before, was informed reduction is a result of leaves on tres, notifiied organization was informed support agreement was 3 months, today a $59.00 service fee applies. Is it-not their responsibility to guarantee support? Is ther anywhere to document grievances? Thanks Tom
