Unauthorized Withdrawal

Approved buddy to make use of my card to reactivate his Television. I had been reassured by customer support representative this was a-one period only cost. It was 11 weeks before. May 17thi they required $238.24 out-of my banking account, totally unauthorized. After talking to 10 people, I still don't have my cash back. I have had automated funds jump consequently. I have never had a merchant account with this specific organization and clearly never can. They keep showing me that they're going to return it and it'll be in my consideration within 4-5 times. Come and eliminated, no money however. Then I've to obtain copies from my lender displaying lender costs to recover that which was dropped. No body there appears to understand what they are doing.
