Paying for service I'm not getting

I recently bought the NBA Suday Solution from Directv. Currently spending money on high definition support, I had been underneath the impact the soccer activities that I'd be viewing about the solution could be in HD. These were not. I named customer support to inquire about this and was informed that to be able to view these activities in HD I'd need to spend $99.00 for another bundle. Personally I think that Directv must have created that obvious after I requested, that they didn't. Personally I think that I settled a lot of cash for horrible support. I'll be changing my support.
