Awful customer service

In installing of dvr package the technology murdered our phone-line for some reason. Direct television won't recognize that it had been to blame and certainly will not do something about this but move the dollar.in speaking with the workers who reply 1 800-531-5000 equally A.M. And P.M. It seems in my experience they have been directed to recognize nothing and assist with little.
