I bought a Blackberry Storm when they came out Nov. 2008. Since that time (14 months), I've had the phone replaced twice and the software reinstalled just last Saturday. Today, I found I couldn't make a call because my touchscreen keyboard wouldn't work. Verizon and Blackberry both said I could only see another Storm. Not even the Storm II, which is supposed to be improved, but the same piece-of-junk model. AT&T here I come!
