Then they want another $35.00 restocking fee just to exchange!!!

My blood pressure elevated and my heart murmor acted up etc...,

And i had to be rushed off to the nearest emergency room because i got so sick from explaining then arguing with the mangers and customer serv agents at the new york store located east 86th street!!! I paid $199.99 plus tax and then they only wanted me to take another phone that is $99.99 and no store credit for the rest of my money's worth... We brought the phone back and complained way before the 30 day policy!!!

Verizon is guilty for not living up to it's 30 return-refund -exchange policy, they also neg to call me an er ambulance when i complained that i was sick, i had to use their display phones in order to call 911!
I want a lawyer now!!!
