Failure to get proper credits on my bill

I registered online for Directv providers. We were known with a buddy for Directv therefore we also got the 'send a buddy credit". I acquired my credit the very first month, but haven't the final 8 weeks. Everytime I contact I obtain a diverse individual having a diverse justification why I am not receiving my credit. The final moment I named the boss there explained that I am not obtaining the credit since the organization I registered with did not be eligible for the send a buddy credit. I told him that I registered online and didn't undergo any organization. He just about named me a liar and stated nicely that is what my computer exhibits. He explained I registered via a business named INQ, Inc. BUT, he could not provide mean address or perhaps a telephone number and so I could contact them. He explained he'd to info apart from the title of this organization. I've tried searching for the corporation, and that I discover nothing! I'm calling the Greater Business Office on Friday. I am fed up with the reasons and also the run-around!
