Horrible case of abuse

TV & Radio

Your condo recently changed to Immediate Route for Television providers. We pay-tv providers everymonth as an ingredient as our residence costs. We recently closed-up due to their web providers. We never got a statement for that online sites along with a month or two later we observed our web AND Television have been disconnected. After calling client solutions we discovered they disconnected our consideration due to overdue charges. Notice again, we never got a statement or a disconnection notice until 4 times once they remove both providers. It has been imminent for that previous 14 days. Customer support keeps stating the Sales Department will-call us to solve the problem. Well, THEY NEVER NAMED US BACK, and every single day for that previous 14 days we've been calling customer support plus they keep stating the same... That Sales will contact us back. Your Television support is compensated each month by our residence however, Immediate Route nevertheless hasn't set it company back on. It's been fourteen days!!! They suck!!! That is client misuse!!! We purchase television each month and they'll not change your television support back on!!!
