Nehaflix (Sells Indian DVDs and CDs)
Not responding after I returned 2 defective DVDs under Return Authorization Numbe

I purchased 5 Indian film DVDs from their website. Two of these were completely faulty. I e mailed them to express the character of flaws and that I desired to return them for charge card reimbursement or alternative DVDs of same price. They quickly delivered me a Return Authorization Number (786202021051) and an address (cited above) for returning. Their email was dated Feb. 2. I delivered the things for them by Top Class mail (U.S.P.S.) on a single time. I'm still keeping the postal bill. Not reading from their store in 8 times (snail mail requires 2 times togo from Cambridge, MA to Newark, P), I offered them an email indication on Feb. 10. I've nevertheless not noticed something from their website till today (Feb 17).

The same thing had occurred previously. I'd a store credit from their store to get a delivered DVD. I needed them to regulate the shop credit with my present purchase that they didn't do. When I blasted them by email, they offered me a charge card reimbursement for that quantity.

This Can Be A shady business. Their company methods are significantly less than clear. I'd like Google Small Company to consider remedial activity, and save clients like me from dropping money for them. I'll never agian do any company together
