The DVDS Company Ripped me off too

I ordered the P90X DVDs from this company on December the 5th. Got a confirmation on the 8th that the DVDS were sent out. I started emailing and calling on the 18th of December. It was like they have closed up shop. No answer no return emails. I gave them my credit card number and I fear what they might do with it. What can I do? This is pathetic. How can people do this and get away with it. I have no pity for them and I will take this as far as it needs to go to get my money back and the assurance that my credit card is safe.
