5.5 year overcharge equipment fraud

After being truly a client for 9 years, I named to inform them I had been deleting support. They explained they might deliver me mailing labels and so I might send back their gear. Within the span of the discussion, I came across that I'd been charged for an additional recipient each month because we'd experienced this home (67 weeks). Used to do not realize that there is free for that primary reciever. The reciever in my own boyis space quit employed in 2006 and we shipped it back again to them in those days. The boss simply explained that I've had 4 decades by which to ensure they obtained the receiver back and given that they don't have any report of getting it back, I'd will have to cover the absent damaged receiver, plus I'd not be repaid for that overbilling given that they thought that people were still utilizing the support from that receiver. He declined to provide me his boss's title and telephone number. Does anybody know who/where I will contact to settle a?
