Didnt get what I ORDERED

Requested a television, web and telephone pack from directv. Tech arrived and installed the satelite concoction of my purchase and was informed the remainder could be installed on the diverse evening on 1/19/10 my telephone and web were said to be mounted, no body confirmed named and reported towards the specialist and was guaranteed they'd be below first thimg each morning. Again no show. Called directv to stop du not to geting my complete bundle and was informed they're likely to cost a $480 early cancelation fee. They inform me the satelite part works so that they aren't responsibledu to theyuse additional companies to accomplish the bundle they sell. This isn't reasonable I requested it through them-so they must be liable
