AT&T Uverse
Non refundable fee for service

I registered for u verse support and since I don't have ideal credit (it really isnot poor at-all) I had been requested for $450. I requested the sales person just how long reimbursement of that cash might consider following the return of the gear and he or she stated, "that isn't a deposit, that's only for us to provide you with support. That charge is non refundable."

And So I say, they need me to provide them $450 in order for them to provide me support which is not refundable... What that's is extortion!
