The real crime is the deposit that should be refunded is actually non-refundable

I registered for Direct TV and decided to a-2 year agreement. Direct TV explained I had a need to provide them with a charge card so that they might cost a $250 deposit just in case I ended the agreement early. This relied in your credit rating that we believed my 802 credit rating might suffice. Direct TV explained that used to do not qualify and also the deposit could be billed.

24 months and a few months later I offered my home. I named Direct TV to stop the service and also the consultant requested me the reason behind rescheduling the support. I told him I achieved my agreement responsibility and that I simply wished to stop the support. He explained, "to be able to get this to a pleasing encounter, you'll have to provide me a much better cause." I replied by requesting him if he was threatening me. He repeated his coment. After 45 minutes I hung-up on him and named back again to ultimately stop my support. I acquired an identical argument from another consultant but he ultimately decided to stop my serivce. I expected for that support to become terminated on Jan. 28th plus they terminated it that evening the 24th.

The actual offense may be the deposit that needs to be returned is clearly non refundable. Has anybody heard of the non refundable deposit? I actually donot believe you are able to officially have any such thing. Of c0urse I'm not likely to take some time to prosecute Direct TV, but I believed everybody must atleast realize that Primary TV is morally bankrupt.
