At most 1 hour - will be there between the 2 hour window

The first visit comcast made to my home they were supposed to be here between 10am and noon. They arrived at 12:20. I received two free movies rentals and a bag of popcorn to make up for my lost wages. The rep on the phone when I placed the order stated it would take a max of 1 hour for the installation and it took 3 1/2 hours. The rep also placed the order incorrectly and this resulted in the the entire job not being done on the first trip. Comcast then scheduled another visit to finish the job and charged me an additonal $30 to do so. The second trip was scheduled for arrival between 2pm and 5pm. He showed up at 7:16 pm. If it was not for my 7 year old some I would have sent him out with the equipment.
