DVDs not delivered, no RESPONSE to emails

I've attempted to obtain anyone to react to "ARE my DVDs nevertheless on backorder? Unavailable? Or What Is happening" I requested in September got a mail that my purchase was on backorder but woulf venture out in 2-5 months, Oct passes without any DVD appearance, December I begin contacting &NO REACTION—, Dec is here now, I e-mail more from 3 various balances declining to achieve an individual. I tried calling today however the owner concept informs me the amount is not acknowledged or in a position to link.
