Referals plus

We switched to att uverse and were hoping to get the 200 dollars from the referals program. We have yet to see 200 dollars. I go to the website i am instructed to go to and it says that the site does not exist. I call and get the run around. Tech support gives me a number to call. I call the number, they tell me that this is not customer service and i have to have my account number. The phone service also sucks. At times we dont get our phone calls in the middle of phone calls the calls are dropped. I finally talked to someone. I explained to her what was going on and told her that we wanted our old phone number back because when they installed the service i was told that the old # would revert in 7 days. That never happened. A tech was sent out to supposedly take care of this prob and that it would be resolved in 7 days. As of this date. Nothing
