No call back regarding repai

I've a-6 month-old, under warrenty HDTV that dropped it is image Mon. I named got Manilla and was informed to send my statement of purchase, when I did and was handed several to contact to determine once they might organize fix. I've been calling off and on the amount they offered me, to no avail. No body has named me back, and that I have now been on-hold for 4 times all night.
