No bill sent, but put in collections!

On 10-22-10 I shut my consideration and delivered all gear with Comcast because of their TERRIBLE customer support and rude customer support each time I required their wire or web no longer working. They declined to deliver anybody out, and declined to repair any issues. Their umbrella declaration was, "that isn't my issue". I had been informed IF there is your final statement it'd be shipped in my experience and that I was ignored rudely from their workplace. On December 10th I get a phone from the variety company saying they've zapped my credit to get a overdue quantity of 69.01 and they'll not quit calling me till I spend the statement. I stated, used to do not get a statement, as well as their reaction, NOT MY ISSUE!" Incredible! Therefore, I contact Comcast to go over their once more terrible customer support and also the reality they never delivered a statement, or named plus they had the amount, given that they offered it to some collection company. I noticed "Not my issue" many more occasions, got placed on store for 25 mins, and got handed to 3 or even more individuals but still no solutions. To save lots of my credit I've settled their DECEPTIVE statement and you will be confirming this scam towards the national goverments scam website.

DON'T FIND COMCAST NO MATTER WHAT!!! They don't restore their providers, WOn't send technicians, are rude and borderline violent to clients about the telephone, and grab your cash whenever you fall them due to their garbage support.in My Opinion this really is named ROBBERY OF PROVIDERS!!
