System does not work

Program failed after 12 hours of instillation phone 3 times about the 8/11/09each time-ask to get a boss every time referred to tech support team after talking to them-they assured me they'd call back within half an hour that never occurred no-call back.

On 8/12/09 began the procedure again nevertheless doesn't function. The standard boss that evaluation the instillation invested over an hour or so on instillation evening, and guaranteed me when any issue got up I'd get instant tech support team that's a laugh.
