I bought a pc from HSN. On-air, the sponsor stated that there's a unique tech support team quantity for HSN clients. After I obtained the pc, set it-up, no issues till it went into, what i believed, was a hibernation mode. After I shifted my mouse or pushed fled the pc might emerge of the hibernation function but all that got up was the backdrop display. There have been no desktop designs, you cannot do something, I'd to close it along at this time. This happened many times throughout the day. I tried calling the tech support team amount directed at me by HSN, I really couldnot get handed the automatic program. I repeatedly place in the SNID quantity verbally and personally, without any reputation of the amount the automatic program might hang-up on me. I named HSN 2 more occasions and obtained two more figures to get a WHOLE of 3 Gateway tech support team figures plus they all did the same.

I'm returning my pc and HSN did not understand basically could be shipped brands to come back it OR if advantages might simply appear at my doorway in around 7-10 days.
