I'd a bulgary in my own house and my tv along with other individual products were obtained. The Chicago Police division was named along with a police statement was acquired. The event was documented to customer support. I had been directed that my consideration needed to be in a zero stability and in those days they might hold the support. I settled the total amount and named back again to customer support. This time around after I callled customer support and was advised something different. I had been informed my support needs to maintain exsistance for 60days. This 60day plan was never revealed after I acquired the support, not on contract, or was this revealed at period of installation. At, the full time of the bulgary I'd the service for under 2wks. I've approached the BBB, without any quality received. I had been approached in the workplace of the leader, per my voicemail (no-name was left), they mentioned the support might be terminated when the stability was compensated. The total amount about the consideration in those days was $192.47. I've not had the opportunity to bought another Television, this stability is for support I never applied. I'm not seeking to stop the contract, but hold support and costs during period of inactivity.
