Disconnect due to misleading info at *611

Well I approached cricket customer support at *611 in Feb. 09 to verify a cost on my consideration and was informed to pay for a particular amount. I did that to become disconnected. Well when it just happened I subsequently approached *611 again and described what I had been told. They subsequently explained that I'd to pay for another amount. I subsequently mentioned that used to do not need that sum because of my inconvenince. So then thats once they switched me back on and stated that they'd look after some overdue costs that contain my 1 consideration and 2 telephones. The point that gets me is I'd have compensated that stability easily was informed the right data and dropped behind on anything else. I require these telephones and it has been with cricket to get a very long time. Well this month after I settled my normal telephone bill after being on all Feb. 09 they've yet to remove my solutions again in March. 09. And when again I approached the client solutions at *611 again and was informed essentially all of the costs that she'd called out would need to be compensated and them informing me anything completely different serving not matter. I don't have any issue with spending. But many of these costs have truly included up and that Iam simply not able to spend them simply because of the possible lack of data distributed by your customer support
