Fraudulent company

I delivered a movie via the fall off container. I had been subsequently informed from the shop that it'd not been eliminated. I expected them to consider it on three different events. They stated it wasn't within the shop plus they might cost my take into account the entire film and restocking charge. Our concerns are why could they cost me top dollar to get a used film after which not remove the total amount that I'd settled to hire it. Why am I spending a restocking charge when they "do not have" the film.
