Complaint about an unauthorized charge and their refusal to remove it

Business & Finance

I also had an extremely poor encounter with Film Details, Inc. I've never experienced this degree of unprofessionalism and am processing a criticism in Illinois. I also acquired two calls, the very first from the guy who stated my company could easily get four weeks of advertisment from Film Details for $40 monthly. I believed it was a great cost and decided. After I obtained my bill, I realized that the advertisment cost was significantly more than the arranged $160. After calling Film Details, I had been educated that the $55 put up cost have been incorporated. I told the woman used to do not approve this extra cost which it ought to be eliminated. The woman declined to get rid of the cost. Then she claimed she'd a registered discussion with me stating I decided to the extra cost. As it happens that throughout the minute taking phone I obtained - that one documented - the woman included a cost the first lawyer didn't tell me about. I skipped it due to how quickly she was speaking. I also had no cause to think that Film Details might alter the conditions of my initial contract. Though I've informed Film Details that I'll not spend the unauthorized cost, they proceed to deliver harassing bills threatening to include late fees.

Possibly many companies do surrender and spend, but that one won't. It's about theory and companies performing what's correct. While enough customers protest, perhaps they'll cleanup their business methods.
