Court/Small claims over contract anybody?

Same vessel since many everyone, difference over a deal I never realized existed till I attempted to stop. Actually, a person support representative clearly explained there is NO agreement after I registered. Obvious lie, however it triggered me to participate, and so I imagine he achieved his objective. I registered via a common satellite supplier of each Dish Network and DirecTV, additionally they explained there is no agreement with DirecTV when registering. Since I Have terminated 8 weeks in, they struck me having a $200 early termination charge. Just wondering if anyone has had their problems to small-claims judge, of course if therefore, that which was the end result?
