Employee loses DVD, makes me pay for it

I have been hiring out of this specific Hit area for atleast 2 yrs, and I've been a great client. I rented films frequently, of course if I ever endured late charges I usually settled them down by my next trip to the shop. I've never dropped a DVD, actually, but I Have had issues with this Hit previously. Onetime they charged my card to get a DVD they had stated hadn't been delivered towards the shop. After I named them to stay the problem, since I UNDERSTOOD I'd delivered the DVD, among the clerks discovered the DVD about the ledge. Evidently somebody had positioned it back-up forrent but had never examined it back in. Another moment I obtained a phone in regards to a situation that were delivered with no DVD inside it...
