On 10-19, Direct TV procedure an unauthorized cost to my consideration within the quantity of 988.71. I've never had Primary TV and at this time NEVER CAN! Our partner had Primary TV and that I created a cost about the consideration in July of 08. I picked to not possess a continuing cost and got a verification for this. Would not you realize when he shifted out and had anything disconnected, Direct TV charged OUR charge card the 988.71 for THEIR outstanding statement and gear not being delivered. I spoke with Direct TV plus they would not examine the account with me because it was not my bill! I stated you men got the cash from my own consideration and today you-can't examine something with me? I got this up having a Boss which got me NO-WHERE! They mentioned that any payment made about the consideration, they'll contain the card info to statement later though it says onetime cost. I discussed this was not actually my consideration and that I never offered agreement for this deal, they did not care.

After 3 days of having no-where with Strong TV, I visited my lender when the deal removed my bill. I submitted a fraud claim. It required seven days, but following the banks analysis the bank offered me my 988.71 lender. I'm so grateful for this as it was some cash I set up for my 5 children Holiday. Direct TV needs to be ceased with this specific unauthorized purchases!

I'm prepared to document whatever must be submitted from this organization to prevent this frustration from occurring to other people. Till they alter their methods DON'T spend somebody elses Direct TV consideration together with your lender or charge card data! If its your consideration and also you remove, alter your charge card data FIRST! They'll consider this cash without your understanding! Therefore whatever you additional document a state possibly together with your charge card organization or your lender! Direct TV provides you with the run-around. Direct TV actually questioned me to send a duplicate of my card for them along side my bank statement. Are they CRAZY??? I declined as this really is my own data and that I did not need them to consider anymore from me than they have.
