Not honoring their warranty

Invested $299.00 to get a 3-year warranty June. May I want a technology to check on our Television - I can not contact RepairTech by telephone (disconnected) or by their wedsite (eliminated). After I named FotoConnection (where I purchased it), they explained that Repairtech wasn't praising any agreements bought before June and they have improved their title. FotoConnection is engauged in a legitimate persuit for violation of agreement (s). I want support, is their a-class action suit I will join - so what can I actually do?
