Not honoring warreanty

Purchased 52" LCD from Abes of Maine using their suggestion I obtain a 3 year in house warranty. Television purchased 4/08 today is 6/10. Attempted calling repairtech by telephone/site and discovered they've vanished. We're unemployed right now and require our television mounted! I do want to join the class action suit. How can we do that?
