Won't honor extended warranty

In August of the year my DLP Television created an issue having a reflection caught within the "on" placement. This problem is protected underneath the produceris unique one-year guarantee, but since I have was beyond that point I submitted a fix state with RepairTech. The Jewelry Protection Service Strategy I bought from their store at that time I purchased it claims that products protected underneath the produceris unique could be protected under this warranty. Originally, RepairTech declined to recognize the guarantee and after several connections and also the participation of my conditionis Attorneygeneral's workplace, RepairTech approved the fix. About the evening the fix was planned, the restoration heart was informed to hold all restoration work with RepairTech. After calling RepairTech they decided to look after the issue, that they did not. After a lot more connections together, their "government office" stated they'd substitute it, that they did not. It's now been 5 weeks since I have first approached RepairTech and today they display my calls with not keep in touch with me possibly by telephone or email. I've also submitted a using the Nj Attorneygeneral's workplace and am waiting to listen to from their website. Our wish is the fact that they are able to get RepairTech to recognize their guarantee or closed their company along.
