Over a year ago the DIRECTV installation was done improperly. I filed a complaint and have never heard a word back from DIRECTV. I have called twice and received the run-around twice.
I am prepared to file a complaint with the FCC, BBB, and "Call Curtis" (the local TV news customer complaint person who puts issues like this on TV news.
