Dear sir. I would like to let you know how sorry I am to have changed to at&t.
The tech that did the install, was not properly trained. He hung a wire, from the back of the house to the front of the house and in some spotS 2 feet from the ground, and in others 3 feet.

He also drilled into our new vinyl siding, added a phone jack that we did not need, he left us with no phone service, no email service. Our tv went out and I spent two hours on the phone with a support tech that could not fix the problem. Now AT&T can't send anyone out until Monday. I would like to be contacted by a Senior Manager, to help resolve all our problems. The customer service reps don't have an on duty manager to help them resolve problems, and most don't know what to say or how to service customers. I was told they would send out a lead tech, on Saturday for repairs. I spent all day waiting, only to find out the job was never assigned to anyone. I would like at&t to send out a lead tech to reintall my Comcast and repair my damages. Please have a Senior Manager call me or come out that can help me.
