Extremely poor customer Service

Watch out for by using this company for almost any repairs!!! I applied e-commerce since Magnavox/Phillips suggested them. They acquired my tv on 1/29 for repairs which were to consider 11/14 days. Below it's 3/21 and that I don't possess the tv. I've named them numerous occasions also it appears they never exist during business hours like a concept device occurs... They don't return calls and also the occasions I've spoken to somebody, they never understand whats going on and certainly will move the concept on towards the operator Edwin Herrera. Mr. Herrera has named me-only twice within this time period and that I obtain the run-around concerning the standing of my Television-only reasons. They might require cost before they'll focus on your technology therefore it feels as though your at their mercy. Our last-call was 3/18/09 and that I quit a note but below it's 3/21/09 with no return phone from their website. I'm today in the point-of looking to get info using different means. I'm likely to document a with State's Attorney-General, Better Business agency, Magnavox/Phillips, my lender, and on line. E-COMMERCE IS HORRIBLE also it appears all-they need is the cash plus they lay for you whenever you do cope with for them. I recommed anyone else to document grievances aswell who're disappointed together. At this time, I don't trust e-commerce. I might also document a police statement when I don't have my $2000.00 Television.
