Lies, billing, and more lies

I was informed by Directv salesman that my first month's statement could be $52.99, also it was. I had been informed that for 5 weeks afterwards it'd be $19.99 as well as for 12 weeks afterwards it'd $29.99. The 2nd statement was for $42.99 and so I sent them-and informed them of the error. We have been fighting since. I switched them in to the BBB and got an answer they might please sign me-up for $18.99 per month for 12-month refund (which I had been NEVER informed about) and afterwards I'd need to spend $52.99 for that remaining six months. I rejected the present and plan to submit their container as well as visit the attorney-general's office. All of us have to combat this injustice therefore others are cheated by them.
