Fraud and cheating

I requested 2 - DVDis out of this website 20 days before and not received them. I quit numerous tracks on the answering support and delivered many emails and not heard back, and yes each time i named it had been between their business hours. On the website it says that 'should you choosenot obtain your purchase within 15 times to mail us'. It is currently been 20 times and that I did not simply not obtain them-but i never was approached back again to my calls or emails. Thanks greatly!
