Unauthorized Long Distance Change and Over $500 Withdrawn From Account

My name is [removed] I am a customer of att with bundle service with them since january I never authorized this company to intervene and change my long distance. I am very angry I never never never spoke to anyone to do this I was only paying about 70 dollars a month for my service which is pretty good to me. I don't know what channel I will have to go thru to resolve this but I tried before with att and they have a claim in, but for some reason due to my automatic payment, over 500 dollars came in and overdraw my account I don't know what game is going on but I am reporting this to the BBB and commission of affair. This is wrong and your company should not do this to hard working people who is trying to survive this economy.

I want all my money sent back to me asap. I would hate to do a class action suit against this company. I want someone to call me as soon as possible to resolve, I am very angry and disappointed with att for their part in this. I will be contacting you tomorrow August 12 (this is consider to be fraud, I might have overlook my bill but I still caught it in time shame on you folks
