Can not get anyone to answer phone

On December 29, I requested to possess my bill improved to faster web. They allegedly possess a bundle for $5.00 which includes more HDTV stations. They delivered me an arrangement to signal but there's no clarification in regards to what signing does in my experience. At Verizon FIOS, no one cares, I lay on the telephone on-hold all night. This type of person a shame to company and that I can't stop my bill until July. Please enable me.
