Won't Correct Install

Requested Direct TV Option XTRA pkg with HD/DVR, was on the highway when requested since I-drive vehicle, couldn't be house to get confirmation order to determine if it had been correct. While it was installed, step son closed, this was December 23 @ approximately 11:00 AM, I got home for vacations @ 3:00PM that evening, observed no DVR, approached Direct TV to inform them, simply to discover that today, less then 6 hrs later, I was regarded a current client and will have to spend $199 for DVR, I described that repetition required purchase incorrect, but since I never noticed verification, and was not existing when installed, that there was nothing they might do, regardless of who I spoke to. However, easily made a decision to stop because of their error, it'd charge me over $400. They'd rather shed a great new client subsequently to create this error right. TODAY, I am stuck with anything I no further need, but can't-get gone until I spend there remove charge. I'll NEVER suggest the corporation to anybody. And, all of this simply because they would not create their error right, despite the fact that I told them I coulnot reach my email to verify.
