Charter Communications is a lier and make there customer fell like they are crazy

Charter Communications have the worst service with the worst technicians in the world. They are liers and they will lie and make everyone feel like an idiot they will pretend you dont know what they are talking about. I signed up for 16mb down and 2up under promotion and they set me up 5 by 1. And they said that thats what i signed up for. Dirty liers you guys are i am disgusted. I ask to speak to supervisor and they pretend they will transfer and hang up. Thats what i called bullshit service. World of advice charter communications. I think it would be good if you cared about your customers a lil bit just a lil bit. Seems like your far from that too. I think charger sucks with tech support and there whole management team i felt like i was arguing with a 5year old kid. When i called.
