Customer Service, puleeeze! Ripoff

Charter Communications has planted a "bug" on two computers at my residence that "redirects" any and all web sites that we actually TYPE IN OUR BROWSER and replaces what we type with "install charter..".

We have discontinued Charter Service but still cannot access the web.
